Tesla Model 3 becomes the best-selling EV in Europe in November

Asian Tech Press (Dec 27) -- The Tesla Model 3 became the best-selling electric car and the 12th best-selling car in Europe in November 2021. 2021, the Tesla Model 3 continues to be one of the most popular models in the European market. According to JATO Dynamics, Tesla registered 10,739 Model 3s last month.

In November, Tesla Model 3 became the best-selling electric car, significantly outperforming its competitors, up 119 percent year-over-year. The closest competitor, the Renault Zoe, had 8,658 registrations, more than 2,000 behind the Model 3. The Dacia Spring ranked third with 5,746 sales. Fourth place belongs to the Tesla Model Y with 5,347 registrations. The car has only been on sale in Europe for three months, and major registrations will take place in December. According to Teslastats, in Norway alone, as of December 26, 2,263 Model Y have been registered. Rounding out the top five is the Skoda Enyaq, with 5,401 units sold.
