BlackRock cuts stake in PC maker Lenovo to sub 5%

Asian Tech Press (Sep 26) -- The world's largest asset management firm BlackRock Inc has reduced its stake in Chinese PC maker Lenovo Group Ltd (0992.HK) to below 5%.

BlackRock's stake in Lenovo fell from 5.07% to 4.92% on Sept. 21, according to HKEx data.

Before that, BlackRock held 5.47% of the Chinese PC maker on Sept. 8.

On August 23, Lenovo got an additional long position of 8,656,000 shares from BlackRock at an average price of HK$6.952 per share, involving a capital of about HK$60,176,500.
