Apple is in ongoing talks with the Indian government to move some of its iPad production lines to India, according to two sources close to the Indian government.

The two sides are currently only in the discussion stage, and Apple has not made concrete plans.

However, the sources warned that India lacks highly skilled talent and professionals to manufacture highly complex devices like the iPad, which could slow down these plans.
